Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup mango pulp.
- 1 small mango cut into big dice
- 1 tsp. chia seed.
- 1 banana for a smoothie
- 1/4 cup mint sprigs.
- 2 tbsp. gluten-free muesli
Method:
- Take mango and banana and make a puree using a blender.
- Now pour the mixture into a serving bowl, and arrange diced mango on top, along with gluten-free Muesli. Garnish with a sprig of mint, sprinkle some chia seed on top, and serve.
2. Banana Blueberry Smoothie (By Vivekananda Saha, Executive Chef The Westin Resort and Spa Himalayas)
Ingredients:
- 1 Banana
- 7 to 8 pieces of Blueberry
- 100g of Yogurt
- 2 tbsp of honey
- Mint leaf for garnish
Method:
- Take 1 banana & 7-8 blueberries, and blend everything together along with curd, honey & ice.
- Garnish with blueberries and mint leaves. Ready to serve.

Ingredients:
- 150 gm Black Grapes
- 100 gm Sour Yoghurt
- 3pcs ice cubes
- 50ml Milk
Method:
- Put black grapes and yoghurt in the blender.
- After blending add in ice and milk. Blend again till it turns smooth.
- Serve with more ice if required.
