Karnataka: Helicopter Carrying Yeddiyurappa Couldn't Land In Kalaburagi Due To Plastic Waste On Helipad - VIDEO
Though the four-time CM of Karnataka has formally announced his retirement from electoral politics at his eightieth birthday event in PM Modi's presence, BJP chose Yediyurappa as a key campaigner
A chopper carrying former Karnataka Chief Minister and BJP's main campaigner for the upcoming Karnataka Assembly election, BS Yeddiyurappa, found it difficult to land in Kalaburagi as the helipad was filled with plastic sheets and waste around.
Just before landing, the pilot noticed plastic sheets around the landing zone and the chopper kept hovering around the area as authorities cleaned the zone. The plastic was later cleared from the helipad and the helicopter made a safe landing.
