Aero India 2023: Bengaluru Airport To Partially Suspend Flights From Feb 8 To 17
Requesting passengers to plan their travel accordingly during the time of Aero India 2023 event, airport authorities asked passengers to contact their respective airlines for revised flight schedules
Flights will be partially suspended at Bengaluru's Kempegowda International Airport (KIA) from February 8 to 17 in view of Aero India 2023, which will be held at Air Force Station in Yelahanka between February 13 and 17.
Bengaluru airport in its passenger advisory release said, "There will be partial air space closure during Aero India 2023 impacting commercial flight schedules between 08 -17 February 2023."

The airport authorities said that the air space will be shut for commercial flights for a few hours every day starting Wednesday (Feb 8). On Wednesday flight operations will be suspended between 9 AM and 12 noon and 2 PM and 5 PM. However, the time duration of flight suspension remains the same till February 11.
On February 9, the teams, taking part in Aero India, will have a full-force fly past and flying display practice. The final dress rehearsals will be held on Feb 11.
On February 12 and 13, flights at Kempegowda International Airport will be partially suspended between 9 AM and 12 noon. On Feb 12, the final dress rehearsals of the Aero India show are expected to happen while the opening ceremony and the flying display is scheduled to happen on February 12. Again on Feb 14 and 15, the flights at the Bengaluru airport will be partially suspended between 12 noon and 2.30 PM.
On Feb 16 and 17, flights will be suspended between 9.30 AM and 12 noon and between 2 PM and 5 PM in the evening for an air display.
