Anita Karwal appointed CBSE chief
New Delhi [India], Aug 31 (ANI): Bureaucrat Anita Karwal has been appointed new Chairman of Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) on Thursday.
Karwal, a Gujarat-cadre IAS officer, replaced Rajesh Kumar Chaturvedi.
Karwal is the Additional Secretary in the Ministry of Human Resources Development (HRD). (ANI)
