Ajmer accident: Rajasthan CM announces ex-gratia

Ajmer (Rajasthan) [India], Jul 8 (ANI): Rajasthan Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje on Sunday announced Rs 50,000 each and Rs 10,000 each as ex-gratia to the families of seven people who were killed and 12 injured, respectively, in the Ajmer road accident.

On Sunday morning, a state roadways bus carrying passengers collided with a dumper truck, loaded with construction materials, in Ajmer's Tabiji village killing at least seven people including a child and 12 injured.

The victims were immediately taken to the nearest hospital where treatment is still underway.

Regretting the incident and wishing a speedy recovery for the injured, Raje announced the compensation.
