CDS Anil Chauhan To Inaugurate HAL Avionics Expo-2023 In Delhi On Dec 7
Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) will put on display its rich legacy in the design, development and production of a diverse range of avionics systems during the Avionics Expo-2023 on Dec 7-8.
Chief of Defence Staff, General Anil Chauhan will inaugurate Hindustan Aeronautics Limited's (HAL) Avionics Expo-2023 on December 7 at Ambedkar International Centre in New Delhi. HAL will be showcasing its rich legacy in the design, development and production of a diverse range of avionics systems during the expo which will be held on Dec 7-8.
HAL CMD (Additional Charge), CB Ananthakrishnan that they will demonstrate HAL's capabilities and contributions toward self-reliance in avionics, to the stakeholders, including the Indian Armed Forces, Ministry of Defence, Ministry of Civil Aviation, DRDO and other important institutions, reported ANI.

The expo will be held days after Prime Minister Narendra Modi on November 25 visited the HAL in Bengaluru after his maiden sortie on LCA Tejas twin seater aircraft in Bengaluru. The PM visited the production facilities of LCA Tejas aircraft and was briefed about the technology-intensive work being done there towards realising the vision of Aatmanirbhar Bharat, ANI reported.
Products On Display, Panel Discussion During Expo
According to a report in the news agency ANI, the avionics expo-2023 will show a comprehensive range of products designed and developed by the HAL. This will include advanced flight control systems, communication systems, navigation systems and more.
D K Sunil, Director (Engineering and R&D) said, as quoted by ANI, "The event will serve as a hub for professionals, industry leaders and stakeholders from the aviation sector. They will have ample networking opportunities to establish meaningful connections, foster collaborations and explore potential business partnerships. It is a testament to HAL's commitment to advancing aerospace technology in India."
Several panel discussions have also been planned during the event that will feature experts from the Indian Armed Forces, HAL, partner organisations, and academia. The topics of discussion would range from emerging trends in avionics, challenges in system integration to the future of aviation electronics, providing a holistic view of the sector.
