Addressing a question about changing her name’s spelling, Tamannaah revealed, "When I was really young, I don’t know how I had this clarity of becoming an actor. Later, I happened to meet someone and he said if I can add an extra A and an extra H, then it would be better.”
Tamannaah shared her perspective on the evolving landscape of entertainment consumption. She said, "It’s a mere format of consumption. If they wanted to consume films, they can watch on OTT, on their phone or wherever they want," she stated in an interview.
Reflecting on her journey in the industry, Tamannaah noted the shift from theatre to digital platforms, stating, "I don't have a preference. When I started my career, it was only celluloid. So, if you wanted to experience a movie, you only had to go to the film theatre to experience it. Today, you're not restricted to that."
In a candid moment, she also opened up about her deepest fears, highlighting the fear of mortality. "Mortality is something I wish someday we as human beings learn how to embrace and not get scared of. Because I am very scared of losing my parents and my loved ones.
