BGMI Esports: India-Korea Invitational Concludes As DPLUS KIA Dominates
The 3-day India-Korea Invitational saw a number of Esports athlete showing their might and prowess. Korean team, DPLUS KIA, won the tournament and took Rs 40 lakhs home.
A first-of-its-kind Esports celebration, the India-Korea Invitational, organised at Delhi's Pragati Maidan reached its exciting conclusion on the third and final day on Saturday. The three-day tournament organised by Krafton witnessed eight Indian and Korean teams going head-to-head against each other in Esports titles like BGMI, Road To Valor: Empires, and Real Cricket. The venue clocked over 12,000 audience during the three-day event which served as a platform for both nations to come together over a common passion of gaming. Indian cricketer Yuzvendra Chahal also arrived at the venue on Day 3 to show his support for the growing industry.

Korean Ambassador to India, Chang Jae-bok, Nivruti Rai, MD and CEO of Invest India, Gurpreet Singh Sandhu, Indian national football team goalkeeper, and Yuzvendra Chahal, Indian cricketer were some of the prominent names that stood witness to the rise of Esports in this tournament.
