New Delhi: Filmmaker Vishal Bhardwaj is all praises for Priyanka Chopra’s restaurant in New York City. Vishal shared a picture with friends from the restaurant on his Twitter account and wrote that he relished the desi food there.

“What a lovely night with friends and the most delicious desi food with a twist in NY. #SonaNewYork @priyankachopra,” he tweeted.

In response, Priyanka who worked earlier with the director for ‘Kaminey’ and ‘Saat Khoon Maaf’ tweeted, “So glad you liked it sir. You’re welcome anytime. @VishalBhardwaj #SonaNewYork.”

Looks like many want the director to collaborate with actress Priyanka Chopra again. 

Sona is Priyanka’s restaurant that serves Indian food in New York City. The restaurant was named Sona by Priyanka’s husband and singer Nick Jonas. The restaurant has been operational since 2021.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Priyanka Chopra has projects like ‘Jee Le Zaraa’ alongside Katrina Kaif and Alia Bhatt. On the Hollywood front, she has ‘Citadel’, ‘Text For You’ and ‘Ending Things’.

Priyanka and Nick also welcomed a baby girl in January. They are new parents and are yet to share pictures of their new born.

Vishal Bhardwaj, on the other hand, has his Netflix directorial debut with ‘Khufia’. The film will feature Ali Fazal, Tabu, Ashish Vidyarthi and Wamiqa Gabbi in key roles.
