Bollywood and South Indian film stars lit up social media on Tuesday night, celebrating Royal Challengers Bengaluru’s historic IPL 2025 title win, their first ever since the tournament began 18 years ago. The Virat Kohli-led team edged past Punjab Kings in a nail-biting final at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad, clinching victory by six runs.

The emotional win sparked a wave of admiration for Kohli, with several actors praising his commitment and perseverance. Aamir Khan joined the chorus of praise, calling Kohli a “perfectionist.”

Among the first to react was Ajay Devgn, who posted an RCB-themed graphic on his Instagram Stories with the message, "Been watching and cheering for years... finally RCB has made history. Congratulations @virat.kohli and the entire team @royalchallengers.bengaluru."

Ranveer Singh shared a nostalgic photo of Virat Kohli and AB de Villiers, writing, “This is everything.” He also posted a heartfelt video of Kohli’s emotional reaction after the win, captioning it: “One club player,” tagging the cricketer.

Vicky Kaushal expressed his excitement with a string of emojis and followed up with a tribute to Kohli, "To the man who's given everything to the sport... this was long due! @virat.kohli #18."
