Silsila-Badalte Rishton Ka: Here's when Shakti Arora & Aditi Sharma's show will WRAP UP!
New Delhi: After ‘Dastaan-E-Mohabbat: Salim Anarkali’ and ‘Mariam Khan-Reporting Live’, another TV show is rumoured to be bidding adieu to the viewers in the next two months. We are talking about ‘Silsila Badalte Rishton Ka’. The Colors TV show starring Shakti Arora, Aditi Sharma and Kinshuk Mahajan received a lot of flak from the viewers for its storyline which centered around extra-marital affair. Drashti Dhami, who played the role of Nandini, quit the show last year.
The channel shifted the show to its digital arm Voot when it failed to garner the required TRPs. However, Colors brought it back and gave it an early evening time slot of 6pm. ‘Silsila’ now airs both on TV and Voot.
As per the latest buzz, the cast and crew will wrap up the shoot by mid February and air its final episode by next month’s end.
The show will telecast its last episode on February 28 on Voot while on Colors, it will continue to air till the beginning of March, a report in Tellychakkar said.
Shakti Arora, who plays the role of Kunal Malhotra, while talking to an entertainment portal, said that ratings will play role in deciding the future of the show.
‘’We had spoken about the shot when it was supposed to go digital, we had a deal of three months, and that thing is coming to an end, but still two months are left. Right now the ratings are sufficient enough and two months are still remaining and it is after that that they will decide. If the ratings are very good or improving, they might continue it further for another three months, if not, they will wrap it up in February," the actor told Pinkvilla.
