New Delhi: Ranbir Kapoor and Sanjay Dutt are all set to team up for the film ‘Shamshera’. Movie buffs are super excited to see the reel and real life ‘Sanju’ together on the silver screen. Ranbir Kapoor played the role of Sanjay Dutt in his biopic which was directed by Rajkummar Hirani. The film turned out to be a box office success and emerged as the biggest hit of 2018. Both Sanjay and Ranbir even featured in a song ‘Baba Bolta Hain’ in ‘Sanju’. After seeing their chemistry in the song, fans are eagerly waiting to see Sanjay Dutt and Ranbir Kapoor in ‘Shamshera’. As per the latest buzz, Mazel Vyas will play a pivotal role in the film. Mazel, who played the character of younger Meera in ‘Saath Nibhana Saathiya’, will be part of the film. Shamshera: Saath Nibhana Saathiya actress Mazel Vyas to be part of Ranbir Kapoor & Sanjay Dutt’s film? (Mazel with Nazim and Devoleena in 'Saathiya') Mazel, who was also part of ‘Tu Suraj Main Sanjh Piyaji’, will have a pivotal role in ‘Shamshera’, a report in Tellychakkar said. The actress was also part of Amitabh Bachchan starrer 'Wazir'.
Talking about ‘Shamshera’, the film will also feature ‘Befikre’ actress Vaani Kapoor. The film will be helmed by Karan Malhotra, who earlier helmed ‘Agneepath’ and ‘Brothers’. The action drama, which will release on July 31, 2020, is set in the 1800s. Watch this space for more updates!
