Bigg Boss 14: The popular reality show will back with a new season on Colors channel. Interestingly, Salman Khan will shoot for the first episode of 'BB 14' few days before the telecast.

New Delhi: Salman Khan’s ‘Bigg Boss 14’ has been making waves ever since the first teaser was unveiled last month. After a blockbuster season thirteen, the makers of the show are planning to take things to the next level. We had earlier informed you that ‘Bigg Boss 2020’ will have exciting new additions as the theme will reportedly focus on lockdown. The production team has planned a special surprise for the contestants and fans, which will be revealed after the show goes on air. As per the latest buzz, Salman Khan will shoot the grand premiere episode of ‘Bigg Boss 14’ on October 1. Yes, you read that right! According to a report in a leading daily, the makers have planned to shoot the opening episode three days in advance keeping in mind the unprecedented times. ‘Bigg Boss’ goes on air on a Sunday and the shooting for the first episode takes place on a Saturday. “Bigg Boss is set to go on air from Sunday, October 4. Usually, the premiere episode is shot a day in advance so that the identity of the contestants can be kept under wraps. However, these are unprecedented times and hence they will be shooting three days in advance,” a source told Mumbai Mirror.

Interestingly, the report also said that there would be no live audience due to the COVID-19 crisis. ‘The Kapil Sharma Show’ and ‘India’s Best Dancer’ are also shooting without live audience on the sets. After shooting for the first episode of ‘Bigg Boss 14’, Salman will focus on ‘Radhe: Your Most Wanted Bhai’. The shoot for the upcoming film will commence on October 2 at Mehboob Studio in Mumbai, the report added. Talking about ‘Bigg Boss 14’, the show is expected to replace ‘Naati Pinky Ki Lambi Love Story’ and ‘Pavitra Bhagya’ on Colors channel. Speculations are rife that the likes of Jasmin Bhasin, Vivian Dsena, Akanksha Puri, Eijaz Khan and Nishant Malkani have been approached for the show. Ardent fans of the popular reality show are excited to see which celebs will get locked inside the ‘BB 14’ house. TV heartthrob Sidharth Shukla won ‘Bigg Boss 13’.
