'Sa Re Ga Ma Pa’: Anu Malik Finds A Glimpse Of Legendary Singers Lata And Asha In Nishtha And Ronita
Zee TV's iconic singing reality show, Sa Re Ga Ma Pa has returned with a bang, featuring Himesh Reshammiya, Neeti Mohan, Anu Malik as judges, and Aditya Narayan as the host.
New Delhi: After the raging success of its previous season, Zee TV's iconic singing reality show, Sa Re Ga Ma Pa has returned with a bang, featuring Himesh Reshammiya, Neeti Mohan, Anu Malik as judges, and Aditya Narayan as the host. While the show started off on a melodious note with contestants from across the country auditioning to get a position in the top twelve of Sa Re Ga Ma Pa 2023, a few captivated the judges with their distinct voices and passion for singing!
Two such contestants are Nishtha Sharma and Ronita Banerjee, who amazed everyone in the mega audition episode with their fantastic duet performance to the songs ‘Mose Chhal Kiya Jaye’ and ‘Ghar More Pardesiya’. After watching their performance, everyone was impressed, and all the judges complimented their exceptional talent, but judge Anu Malik compared them to living legend ‘Asha Bhosle’ and late nightingale ‘Lata Mangeshkar’ of Sa Re Ga Ma Pa.
Anu Malik said, “It’s very exciting to watch such extraordinary talent on the stage of Sa Re Ga Ma Pa. Both of you are amazing singers and performed with full confidence. Before you leave the stage, I would like to say this from the bottom of my heart to everyone that Nishtha and Ronita are the ‘Asha' and ‘Lata’ ji of our show.”
Neeti Mohan added, “After your performance, all of us have decided that both of you deserve this gold medal. Also, I must say that talent like you, who are performing gracefully in the auditions and mega auditions, are adding up to the grandness of Sa Re Ga Ma Pa. We are really proud of you.”
