New Delhi: 'Kundali Bhagya' is undoubtedly one of the most followed and popular shows on Television. The show is usually in the Top 10 category TRP wise every week. As per an ETimes report, one of the show's most loved actors Shakti Arora will no longer be part of the show. Shakti Arora is not a very old cast addition. He joined the show after  Dheeraj Dhoopar quit the show in 2022. 'Kundali Bhagya' will be showing a 20-year leap wherein the lead actors will play parents to grown-ups. Since Shakti did not want to play the role of a father, he decided to move on.

A source told ETimes, "The show is headed for a 20-year leap. Shraddha Arya and Shakti Arora will have to play parents to grown-ups and while Shraddha had no qualms playing the part, Shakti did not want to do it."

"Shakti would have continued if there was no leap. But mentally he is not ready to play father on TV to an adult. The leap will take place in the first week of March," the source added.

Shakti, who was earlier part of 'Silsila Badalte Rishton Ka' and 'Meri Aashiqui Tum Se Hi' quit those shows after they had taken a leap and had required the actors to play parents.
