CONFIRMED: Jennifer Winget's 'Beyhadh 2' Is NOT Shifting To Digital Platform

The channel airing 'Beyhadh 2' squashed the rumours of the show shifting to its digital platform.

New Delhi: Jennifer Winget’s ‘Beyhadh 2’ was launched with several expectations but the show failed to set the TRP charts on fire. The thriller received good responses on social media and critical acclaim. Despite the buzz around the show, it failed to get good ratings for the channel. Speculations were rife that ‘Beyhadh 2’ will go off air in March 2020. It was even said that the channel had plans to shift the show to their digital platform. Amidst the rumours of the show going off air, grapevines suggested that Jennifer Winget aka Maya would quit ‘Beyhadh 2’ if it got shifted to SonyLIV. Sony TV has issued a statement and confirmed that the show will not shift to its digital platform. The official spokesperson told ABP News that the show is not going off air immediately. “The rumours around Beyhadh 2 going off air and moving to the OTT platform SonyLIV are uncorroborated and hold no truth. Beyhadh 2, like any other fiction offering by Sony Entertainment Television, is a finite story and will meet its logical culmination as planned on the channel,” the statement. ‘Beyhadh 2’ also stars Shivin Narang and Ashish Chowdhry in lead roles.
