'I Talk To My Water': Ankita Lokhande Reveals Her Bizarre Yet Healing Morning Ritual

Actor Ankita Lokhande, best known for her role in 'Pavitra Rishta', recently opened up about her unique and spiritually grounded morning ritual that revolves around what she calls “magic water.”

In a conversation with Rubina Dilaik on her YouTube channel, Ankita shared how she energises her day by charging saffron-infused water with affirmations and gratitude.

“I do magic water, that’s what I believe in. I have a silver glass in which I have kesar water. I go out in the sun, on my balcony, I put my hand on top of that glass and I give energy to that water. I talk about positive things and then I drink it. That’s how I start my day. It’s amazing. You have to do nothing, just talk to that water, give thanks to the universe. It’s such an amazing feeling. No matter what is going on in your life, this heals it all,” she said.

Ankita, who is currently appearing on Laughter Chefs on Colors TV, went on to explain that her routine doesn’t end there. After consuming the energised water, she dedicates time to spiritual reading. “After I take a shower, for half an hour, it’s just me and my god. It’s like a daily routine where I read Rama Raksha Stotra, Hanuman Chalisa, Sankatmochan and Bajrang Baan. I keep water around here as well. I charge that water too. I pour that water in my bottle and drink it all day long,” she added.

The actor believes this ritual has a healing impact on both her physical and emotional well-being. “It gives me energy. It takes care of my beauty, my hair, my eyes, my skin, my energy, each and every body part, all my organs. I talk about it when I charge that water and give thanks. I think being grateful is the biggest blessing,” Ankita explained.
