'Kumkum' actor Hussain Kuwajerwala to stage a comeback in acting after eight years
NEW DELHI: Hussain Kuwajerwala who became a household name after playing the character of Sumeet Wadhwa in 'Kumkum' is all set to return to fiction shows after hiatus of eight years.
The TV heartthrob will be seen in Vipul D Shah's upcoming comic show 'Sajan Re Phir Jhuth Mat Bolo' which is a sequel to 2009 SAB TV's show 'Sajan Re Jhuth Mat Bolo'. Hussain has a huge fan following which includes mostly women.
When the actor was inquired about the same, he said the talks are on. "To be honest, nothing is confirmed as of yet. I will not deny that talks are going on, but I am yet to sign anything on the dotted lines. They have had their stages of casting, so I am yet to know the confirmation on it," he told Pinkvilla.

The 'Kumkum' actor also did other daily soaps such as 'Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi' and 'Krishna Arjun' but later on he shifted his focus entirely to reality shows like Khatron Ke Khiladi and Nach Baliye 2.
He also hosted several shows such as Indian Idol 3, Indian Idol 4, Indian Idol 5, Indian Idol 6, India's Best Cinestars Ki Khoj, Indian Idol Junior (season 2) and Nach Baliye 3.
For now, fans can rejoice his comeback.
