As per the reports on TellyChakkar, Mihika is married to a non- industry guy who resides in US. Teh actress was earlier dating actor Mayank Gandhi but both decided to call it quits after some issues cropped up between the two. As per reports, Mayank has moved on and reportedly got engaged to actress Hunar Hale.
