Bigg Boss 17: Isha Malviya's Parents Aren't Happy With Her Connection With Samarth Jurel

The tension on the show is rising due to Isha's close relationship with her ex-lover Abhishek Kumar and the arrival of her boyfriend Samarth Jurel. 

Lokesh Batta said that Isha became eager to participate in the show when Ankit Gupta and Priyanka Chahar Choudhary joined it.

New Delhi: The parents of 'Bigg Boss 17' contender Isha Malviya, are not pleased with how their daughter played. The talk of the town has been her relationship status on the reality show. The tension on the show is rising due to Isha's tight relationship with her ex-lover Abhishek Kumar and the arrival of her boyfriend Samarth Jurel. 

Lokesh Batta, Isha's co-actor in 'Udaariyaan', revealed some shocking things as she works to mend her connection with the two. The actor stated in a conversation with Pinkvilla that Isha's parents are not pleased with her stint on the reality show. Talking on the same topic, Batta said that Isha became eager to participate in the show when Ankit Gupta and Priyanka Chahar Choudhary joined it the year before.

"Isha was eagerly anticipating a call from the makers after Udaariyaan actors were a part of the previous season. It was then that I'd told her mother to not let her do a reality show as it could impact her image," said Lokesh. "She called me recently as she remembered my words. Isha's mother is quite upset with her stint in the show... Her father works in a government firm and he is also disappointed with her in the show," he said.

"Isha's mother is also not happy as Abhishek is getting all the sympathy while her daughter is looking negative," Lokesh added.

Isha Malviya also faced criticism from Salman Khan for the strategy she used to get exposure to the controversial reality series. During the show, he was seen talking about "exposing her entire life" with Isha in conversation. He also went up against Samarth Jurel, Isha's current partner, and Abhishek Kumar, her former boyfriend. 

Salman Khan's show made its comeback with a brand-new season on October 15. 'Bigg Boss 17' is streaming on JioCinema. Colors TV also airs the show starting at 9 p.m.
