Amid much speculation and fans' excitement, the 'Game Changer' trailer was released. SS Rajamouli launched the trailer for Shankar's maiden Telugu film 'Game Changer'. The film is all set to release on January 10 and stars Ram Charan and Kiara Advani in the lead. Ram will play dual roles of father and son in the film. As the trailer released, the internet and netizens seem divided about liking the trailer. Many have compared the trailer to Shankar's previous films.

A trade analyst wrote, "The Trailer of Game Changer is genuinely good, it offered much more than what I was expecting….. I agree typical Shankar material, but again its looking much much better than many other recent films from south, will open big in Telugu, also Hindi opening will be decent…..  Ram Charan is Simply Fabulous…"

About Game Changer

'Game Changer' follows the story of an IAS officer Ram and a political party leader called Appanna. Anjali portrays Appanna's wife, and Kiara plays the love interest of Ram. The film also features significant roles by Samuthirakani, SJ Suryah, Srikanth, Prakash Raj, and Sunil. The story of the film was written by director Karthik Subbaraj, with the dialogues penned by Sai Madhav Burra.
