'Came From Moga To Mumbai On An Unreserved Ticket': Says Sonu Sood After SpiceJet Honours Him For His Work During COVID-19

Sonu Sood, who helped millions of migrant labours to get back to their homes during the COVID-19 pandemic for free has been honoured by the domestic aviation company SpiceJet.

New Delhi: Bollywood actor Sonu Sood has been selflessly helping the people ever since the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic. He has helped millions of migrant labourers reach home by buses, trains and other sources of transportation. Sonu lent out a helping hand to the people in need when there was no other way for them to reach their homes. Ever since then, the ‘Prithviraj’ actor has been helping people in need and is highly known for his philanthropical activities.

Sonu Sood has received many accolades for his selfless work. Now, the actor has added another feather to his cap as the domestic aviation company SpiceJet has honoured the ‘Simmba’ actor in a unique way. They carved a big picture of Sonu Sood on their Boeing flight 737 and have also written a message alongside his picture. The message read, “A Salute To The Saviour Sonu Sood”.

Sonu Sood took to his Twitter and thanked everyone for all the love. He revealed while sharing the pictures that he is missing his parents as he got honoured by the domestic airlines' company.

Sonu tweeted, “Remember coming from Moga to Mumbai on an unreserved ticket. Thank you everyone for all the love. Miss my parents more. @flyspicejet”.

Meanwhile, Sonu Sood has not only helped the people inside the country but have also helped several students who were stranded outside the country during the COVID-19 pandemic.
