New Delhi: Priyanka Chopra and her family are presently in India. She is currently busy promoting her upcoming web series, 'Citadel', after dominating the NMACC launch festivities over the weekend with her fashionable appearances alongside singer-husband Nick Jonas. Her mother, Dr. Madhu Chopra, has taken over the duty to look after her granddaughter Malti, in the meantime. Madhu posted a photo of her quality time with Malti on social media late on Tuesday.

Since Malti's birth a year ago, Madhu has frequently visited her in Los Angeles. The middle names of Madhu and Nick Jonas' mother Denise served as inspiration for Malti's name. Last year, Madhu discussed how she and Nick care for Malti in an interview with The New Indian Express. She explained, "I give her a massage, and Nick gives her a bath and changes her diapers. Also, she expressed her "honour" in having Malti bear her name.

With co-star Richard Madden, Priyanka was the star of Tuesday's 'Citadel' premiere in Mumbai. She wore a sky blue Versace gown with a thigh-high split and navy blue shoes, and she looked magnificent. Richard, who was wearing a black suit, looked an absolute dapper as they posed together for the shutterbugs.

In the spy thriller series on Amazon Prime, Priyanka and Richard play the top intelligence officers Nadia Sinh and Mason Kane, respectively. The plot of 'Citadel' centres on Mason and Nadia, two survivors of the demise of autonomous international spy agency Citadel who had their memories erased. The series, which also stars Stanley Tucci, will begin streaming on April 28.

A Hollywood movie called 'Love Again' starring Sam Heughan and Farhan Akhtar's 'Jee Le Zaraa' is also in the works for Priyanka.
