Pathaan First Day First Show: Shah Rukh Khan's Fan Club Likely To Organise Screening For 50,000 Fans

New Delhi: The action film ‘Pathaan’, directed by Siddharth Anand, will mark Shah Rukh Khan's comeback to the big screen after an absence of over 5 years. Fans have already begun making plans to celebrate the arrival of their King when the action thriller premieres in theatres on January 25, 2022. As per the latest report, more than 50,000 Shah Rukh Khan fans are gathering for the premiere of ‘Pathaan’ on its opening day.
SRK Universe, a fan group devoted to Bollywood's King, is planning the event. The SRK fan group SRK Universe is hosting screenings of Pathaan on its opening day in more than 200 places throughout India. There will probably be 200 screenings like this all around the nation.
Pinkvilla spoke with Yash Paryani, the co-founder of a fan club called SRK Universe, about his plans to make the event one to remember. In nearly 200 places throughout India, the club will be hosting "first day, first show" (FDFS) screenings of ‘Pathaan.’ Seven or eight FDFS events are planned for Mumbai, whereas just six are scheduled for Delhi.
The festivities around the nation will include more than simply screenings of the film. Paryani and his group are planning to throw out 'Pathaan' swag, such as stickers, posters, and cutouts, in addition to distributing dols. He told the portal, “Our idea is to celebrate SRK films like a festival and Pathaan will be no different.”
Paryani and his crew are giving IMAX screenings top billing. He said, “Most of our bookings in cities will be for IMAX shows. We are also planning early morning FDFS, which will boast the collections further.
Directed by Sidharth Anand and produced by Yash Raj films, Shah Rukh Khan will be seen in 'Pathaan', the first major release of 2023. In the film, he is co-starring with Deepika Padukone and John Abraham. The movie will be shown in theatres in three different languages: Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu.
