At the beginning of the trailer, we see a train arrive at the Riverdale station. Given that Riverdale is an Indian hill station, the sign has been translated into Hindi as well. The town has a cool, anglo-Indian atmosphere thanks to its magnificent promenade, vintage automobiles, and hippie residents. Next, we see Suhana, who plays Veronica and Khushi, who portrays Betty. The characters' journeys through love, friendship, and heartbreak are shown via both lighthearted classroom dancing scenes and darker times.

Talking about the film Zoya Akhtar had said earlier, "It's been an absolute honour to be asked to make an Indian adaptation and the first-ever film for the very iconic Archies franchise. This is a surreal experience since Archie Comics was a part of my childhood."

The release date of the film has not yet been announced.
