Internet Is Impressed With Harman Baweja’s Comeback In Scoop, The Actor Is 'Elated With The Response'

Director Hansal Mehta’s web series ‘Scoop’ starring Karishma Tanna, Mohammed Zeeshan Ayyub and Harman Baweja is getting rave reviews from audiences and critics alike.

New Delhi: Director Hansal Mehta’s web series ‘Scoop’ starring Karishma Tanna, Mohammed Zeeshan Ayyub and Harman Baweja is getting rave reviews from audiences and critics alike. The show has been receiving appreciation from all corners for its direction, storyline and acting by the cast. 

Harman Baweja, who has made a comeback on screen with the series, has got a positive response from the audience and critics. The actor has been appreciated for his work in the series, and netizens have been praising his portrayal of JCP Shroff in the series. 

“Most surprising thing about the show is Harman Baweja. He is playing JCP Shroff from the Crime Branch. He is a close aide to Jagruti who provides crucial information. I still have an image of him from Love Story 2050 & it feels strange to see him here but man did a gud work here,” a user tweeted.  

"Scoop is fantastic. So much that needs to be said about society and journalism has been said in the best way possible. Jaandaar performances by @Mdzeeshanayyub @KARISHMAK_TANNA #DevenBhojani.Every actor cast is pitch perfect but the surprise is Harman Baweja. @mehtahansal is Boss,” wrote another user. 

Overwhelmed with the response received, Harman told IANS: "What can I say, sometimes things are meant to happen. I was genuinely reluctant to do the part, I was busy writing-producing films but it's hard to say no to a filmmaker like Hansal." 
 
"I'm elated with the response and I'd like to thank all the critics and audiences who've shown their appreciation for my work,” he added.
