New Delhi: Elvish Yadav was recently arrested by the Noida Police on Sunday. The YouTuber and 'Bigg Boss OTT 2' has found himself in another controversy, which began last year with the rave party case in Noida. The reality TV star was alleged to have been associated with the supply and use of snake venom at a Noida rave party in November 2023. The Noida police filed an FIR against the social media influencer after they busted the rave party and found venomous snakes.

Soon after the bust, the samples collected from the rave party were handed over by the Noida Police to Jaipur Forensic Science Laboratory (FSL). Now, it has been found that the samples contained the venom of cobra and krait snakes, according to the FSL report.

Elvish Yadav Rave Party Case

An NGO led by BJP MP Maneka Gandhi, People For Animals, filed a complaint against the social media influencer, alleging the use of snakes and their venom at the rave party. Following the bust, a case was registered at the Sector 49 police station against YouTuber Elvish Yadav and his associates.

The link between snake smuggling and rave parties in Noida is currently being investigated. The suspects were questioned by Noida Police for several hours in November last year. Reportedly, the suspects gave out details to the police throughout the interrogation.

Elvish was interrogated by officials about all the recordings and pictures that had been found at this point during the probe. However, the YouTuber denied the allegations against him.

Elvish Yadav recently found himself in troubled waters after a video of him hitting a man at a Jaipur restaurant went viral after he got into an argument with other patrons. Some media reports claimed that Elvish reacted after the person hurled verbal abuses at him. 

A verified user on X (formerly Twitter) shared an audio clip allegedly featuring Elvish justifying his actions.

The caption read, ''Truth be told, disrespect has consequences, and @ElvishYadav isn't one to tolerate it lightly. A slap may seem harsh, but so is insulting someone's family. Respect is a two-way street, and sometimes a strong reaction is necessary to remind others of that. So, before casting judgment, consider the context and remember that actions have consequences.''
