New Delhi: ‘Bigg Boss OTT 2’ is seen some major develoments over the last few weeks. The Salman Khan hosted show is heading towards Weekend Ka Vaar episode and fans cannot keep calm.
This year the participants include Falaq Naaz, Jiya Shankar, YouTuber Fukra Insaan aka Abhishek Malhan, Mika Di Vohti winner Akanksha Puri, Cyrus Broacha, Puneet Superstar( who was eliminated), Jad Hadid, Aaliyah Siddiqui, Bebika Dhruve, Palak Purswani, Avinash Sachdev and Pooja Bhatt.
Many contestants like Puneet Superstar, Akanksha Purihave been eliminated for various reasons. Jad Hadid’s kissing’s episode with Akanksha Puri created quite some controversy on various social platforms and also generated massive viewership for the OTT show.
The Hindi-language television series, "Bigg Boss," which is streamed on TV, is the source material for the digital reality show. Karan Johar presented the show's inaugural season on OTT. August 8 marked the debut of "Bigg Boss OTT Season 1."
The winner of "Bigg Boss OTT" won Rs. 25 lakhs, which is comparable to the substantial cash award on the "Bigg Boss" TV programme.
Because of the daily controversies that take place in the Bigg Boss house, the celebrity reality show "Bigg Boss OTT" is making news every day. The 'Bigg Boss' OTT house is located in Film City, Mumbai, same like the original house did for the original series. The house includes a living space, bedrooms, bathrooms, a kitchen, a garden, a store, a smoking room, an underground jail, and a confession chamber where the convicts can privately meet with Bigg Boss.
Unlike Season 1, which had the theme "Stay Connected," this year's show has the theme "Stay Together."
The 'Bigg Boss OTT 2' version has seen quite a many changes in the viweing format. From social media influecers to veterans like Pooja Bhat, this season offers a lot more excitement than before.
Avinash Sachdev's Team Issues Statement For Elvish Yadav's Fans On Instagram
Recently, Avinash Sachdev's team and family requested Elvish Yadav's followers to stop defaming him on social media in a message posted on his Instagram.
"It’s great to idolise someone , but no one would want their followers and fans to spread hatred and negativity in such a manner. These so called fans have crossed all the set boundaries and gone ahead to call Avinash’s Family , Friends and Team names in the most absurd language possible. Death and Rape threats have been made to his closed ones. A game needs to be played like a game and a gentleman with values would know that. We understand Social media is a platform where people are free to express their opinions but this isn’t normal. This is toxic," the statement read.

Bigg Boss OTT 2 Live Updates: Bebika Dhurve Accuses Bigg Boss Of Being Partial Towards Abhishek Malhan
Bebika Dhurve accused Bigg Boss of being partial towards Abhishek Malhan. It was during a task, when Bebika and Abhishek got into a fight. Elvish Yadav asked Bebika what Abhishek had said to her.
The latter said: "All this is a prank."
To which, Bebika replied: "Can't you see I don't want to talk to you?" Abhishek replies: "Why are you screaming? I am talking normally. No one can talk to you normally. If you don't want to talk, don't take my name and talk."
Getting into the matter, Elvish asks Bebika and she said: "What's the point? You are his friend and you'll support him. Bigg Boss also supports him. My name gets tampered but nothing is said to him. I am the only one to get defamed and fingers are pointed at me. I am tired."

Bigg Boss OTT 2 Live: Jad Hadid Disappointed After Jiya Says He 'Sugarcoats' Things
In a task in the latest episode, Jiya Shankar had to match the lines on placards with the contestants they suited. When the question about 'who should stop sugarcoating thing and say as it is' came, Jiya chose Jad Hadid's name and shared that despite having opinions about others, he does not express them directly. She suggested him to be more upfront as people tend to follow his advice.
Later, however, Jad told Jiya that she only picked on him to bring up old things. Jiya shared that she had only said that in a light-hearted manner however, Jad felt hurt.
