Instagram influencer and actor Apoorva Mukhija, popularly known as Rebel Kid, has sparked speculation online after she shared a cryptic Instagram Story suggesting she has vacated her Mumbai apartment. The move comes in the wake of the controversy surrounding her appearance on India’s Got Latent, a YouTube show hosted by comedian Samay Raina, where fellow panellist Ranveer Allahbadia made widely criticised remarks about parents.

Apoorva Mukhija to move out of Mumbai home?

In the short video shared on her Instagram Stories, Apoorva is seen turning off the lights in an empty living room, wearing a white dress. The space appears to be in the middle of being packed up, with boxes and cleaning items scattered around. She captioned the video, “End of an era,” prompting fans to wonder if she’s moving homes or leaving Mumbai altogether.

Apoorva had moved into the apartment just a year ago and had previously given her followers a tour of the space in a YouTube vlog. While she hasn’t confirmed the reason for leaving, she earlier revealed that she no longer felt safe there after the backlash from the show.

After clips from the show went viral, many netizens criticised not only Ranveer’s comments but also targeted Apoorva. The fallout was intense, leading to multiple FIRs filed against those involved, and the eventual removal of all episodes from Samay Raina’s channel.

Apoorva Mukhija briefly stepped away from social media, deleting her Instagram posts amid online harassment. She returned recently with an emotional note, revealing that her manager had warned her against going back to her apartment, as her address was known to many.
