Nawazuddin Siddiqui Reacts To Aaliya’s Claim Of Nowhere To Go: ‘Bought A Lavish Flat For Her In 2016'

The bitter battle between actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui and his wife Aaliya Siddiqui is getting more intense with each passing day.

New Delhi: The bitter battle between actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui and his wife Aaliya Siddiqui is getting more intense with each passing day. On Friday, Aaliya posted a video claiming that she and their children are stranded on the road as they are not being allowed to enter Nawaz’s house in Mumbai.

The video also shows Nawaz’s two kids Shora and Yaani. While Yaani is seen latching on to her mother, Shora can be seen crying profusely in the video. Reacting to it, the actor has issued a statement stating that Aaliya already has a lavish flash in Mumbai that Nawazuddin bought.

The statement read, “Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s ex-wife Aaliya Siddiqui has said that she was not allowed to enter the house but the truth is Nawazuddin has already named the property on his Ammi, Mehrunisa Siddiqui, so Nawaz is devoid of any decision-making power on anyone’s entrance in the property. The caretaker of Mehrunisa Siddiqui states that only her grand kids are allowed in the property and no one else as the property belongs to her now.”

It continued, “Other than this, in a recent viral video in which Aaliya was seen claiming that she do not have any other place to stay or go is technically wrong. To clarify the fact, Nawaz has already bought a lavish flat for Aaliya in Mumbai in 2016 which she has given for rent at her own will. Also, as we clearly see in this video it is visible that no one is removed from the property as claimed by Aaliya and it is also very evident that the kids were never stopped to enter the property.”

Earlier on Friday morning, a video was doing the rounds on social media, showing Nawazuddin being denied entry to his house to meet his ailing mother. In the viral video, Nawaz can be seen seeking permission from his brother Faizuddin at the entrance. However, he was denied to go inside. Nawaz's sick mother reportedly forbade the actor from seeing her because she did not want to escalate the fight inside the family.

Married in 2009, the couple has been in the limelight for the past few weeks hurling allegations at each other on various domestic and personal issues and their children, daughter Shora and son Yaani.

In January 2022, Nawazuddin's mother filed a police complaint against Aaliya for allegedly trespassing into the actor's home and she lodged a counter-complaint against her mother-in-law alleging domestic violence.

Recently, Aaliya charged Nawaz with alleged rape and lodged a complaint with Versova Police Station.
