Tiger Shroff On A Roll With Hardcore Action Thrillers Heropanti 2, Baaghi 4, Rambo And Ganpat By Joginder Tuteja The man has found his groove, and how. With a 300 Crore Club blockbuster War under his belt, a massive century in Baaghi 2, and then a potential 100 Crore Club success Baaghi 3 (which just stopped short of the 100 crores mark due to theaters shutting down in March), Tiger Shroff has been enjoying continued success with his action thrillers. While audiences have indeed been liking what he has to offer in the action arena, there is more in the pipeline now. It has just been announced that Baaghi 4 is in the making and that makes it yet another addition to the repertoire of action thrillers that Tiger Shroff would be seen in the 2021-22 timeframe. With Heropanti 2 all set to begin the shoot, Ganpat to follow soon enough, and work already in progress for Rambo too, there is a quartet of action films that Tiger would be bringing on screen. Not that anyone is complaining. After all, the actor who burst into the scene with Heropanti has been continuously demonstrating good success, especially when it comes to the action genre. After Heropanti came Baaghi and that film was an even bigger success by emerging as a superhit. No wonder, producer Sajid Nadiadwala, who launched Tiger Shroff has been putting his money where the profits are and that reflects in the sheer scale, size, and grandeur that Baaghi 2 followed by Baaghi 3 boasted of. That is now expected to reflect in Heropanti 2 as well which sees the coming together of director Ahmed Khan again with Tiger and Sajid after Baaghi 2 and Baaghi 3. The film's first look poster was released quite some time back and that promised Tiger to be presented in a slick avtar. Considering the fact that he has traditionally been seen in far more massy look and feel, it would be exciting to see how Tiger steps up in the ante in a trendier look and feel. As for the masses, there is Ganpat in the making with director Vikas Behl. As the title suggests, this one is more rooted in nature and tells the story of a boxer. While rustic action is going to be the order of the day here, one waits to see how Tiger performs in a ring in a confined space, given the fact that he raged a war against one whole country (Syria) in Baaghi 3. Rambo is going to be on an altogether different plane though. An official remake of Sylvester Stallone's Rambo, the film's announcement came many moons back with an impressive launch poster to boast of as well. Back then, director Sidharth Anand & Tiger Shroff decided to do something different by setting the stage of War along with Hrithik Roshan. With the film emerging as the highest-grossing action entertainer to have come out of Bollywood, the stakes would be far higher now with Rambo, especially considering the legacy they need to live up to. On the other hand, Sajid Nadiadwala has already announced massive plans for Baaghi 4, which is now officially the first-ever action franchise coming from Bollywood that has gone into the fourth installment. Moreover, for an actor who has less than 10 films to his name, Tiger Shroff has done quite well for himself to earn as many as two major franchises to his name, Baaghi and Heropanti, and that too with the same producer. Of course, expectations are only going to be far higher for him and there would be quite some hard work too that Tiger would have to demonstrate, considering the strenuous times that he would be having in coming months due to all the hardcore action that he would need to perform for the camera. Unlike a drama or a comedy where preparations are more mental in nature, action as a genre requires a lot of physical strain as well. This could well be the test of times for Tiger Shroff who is clearly one of the youngest superstars in the making from Bollywood.
