'Singham Again' and 'Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3' has made a strong impact, achieving good opening at the box office. The film starring Ajay Devgn and Kareena Kapoor Khan, has created a buzz with its exciting cameos. Directed by Rohit Shetty, this cop drama opened to mixed reviews but performed well at the box office on its first day.
Singham Again and Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 box office battle
On its opening day, 'Singham Again' earned about Rs 43.5 crore net in India. The next day, it continued strong with around Rs 41.50 crore net, bringing the total to ₹85.00 crore after two days, according to Sacnilk. On November 2, 2024, it recorded a Hindi occupancy rate of 60.40%. The occupancy details for Day 2 showed morning shows at 27.11%, afternoon shows rising to 65.36%, and evening and night shows at 74.47% and 74.65%, respectively. Its strong start and steady performance suggest it could soon join the Rs 100 crore club.
This third installment in the Singham series features Ajay Devgn as Bajirao Singham, along with a great cast including Shweta Tiwari, Dayanand Shetty, and Jackie Shroff. Ranveer Singh and Akshay Kumar return to reprise their popular cop roles, adding even more star power. The film also introduces Deepika Padukone, Tiger Shroff, and Arjun Kapoor in new roles, expanding Shetty’s cop universe.
Meanwhile, 'Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3' opened with an estimated Rs 35.5 crore and performed well again with around Rs 36.50 crore on its second day, bringing its total domestic collection to about Rs 72 crore. On November 2, 2024, it enjoyed an overall Hindi occupancy of 75.06%, with morning shows at 45.63%, afternoon shows at 80.51%, evening shows at 86.92%, and night shows at 87.17%. These numbers indicate a successful opening weekend for the film.
