Yay! Oscar-winning Film 'Parasite' Now Available On Amazon Prime Video

Missed watching 'Parasite'? Fret not as the Golden Globe, BAFTA and Academy Award-winning film is now available on Amazon Prime.

New Delhi: South Korean masterpiece ‘Parasite’ created history after it became the first foreign-language film to win the ‘Best Picture’ award at Oscars 2020.  The Bong Joon Ho directorial also swept the maximum accolades at the 92nd Academy Awards. Movie buffs can now catch ‘Parasite’ on OTT platform- Amazon Prime Video. The critically acclaimed movie has made its digital debut on Amazon Prime Video India on March 27, 2020. Just in case, you are thinking of skipping the film due to language barrier, we have to stop you right there. In a first-of-its-kind effort, ‘Parasite’ will be available with Hindi dubbing only on the OTT platform. Of course, it will have English subtitles, no points for guessing that.  In an effort to reach a larger audience, the heavily awarded film was made available with Hindi subtitles. Talking about ‘Parasite’, the movie follows the lives of a poor family, the Kims as they con their way into becoming the servants of a well-settled and rich family, the Parks. Their easy life gets complicated when their deception is threatened with exposure.
‘Parasite’ won the award for Best Picture, Best Director, Best Original Screenplay, and Best International Feature Film at Oscars 2020. How to watch ‘Parasite’ in India? Viewers need to have an Amazon Prime Video subscription. Prime subscription will allow you access to several movies, TV shows, stand-up comedy and Amazon Originals, just at a cost of ₹129 a month.
