KGF- Chapter 2 Release Date OUT: Yash & Sanjay Dutt Starrer To Hit Silver Screens On July 16

The wait is finally over! The makers of Yash starrer ‘KGF: Chapter 2’ have finally announced the release date of the upcoming film. The period drama, which has been directed by Prasanth Neel, will hit the silver screens on July 16, 2021. The movie has been making waves ever since the teaser of ‘KGF 2’ was unveiled.

Bollywood critic and trade analyst Taran Adarsh took to Twitter to share the release date of ‘KGF: Chapter 2’. The much-awaited film will entertain the audience in the month of July.

Yash shared a new poster of the film while announcing the release date of 'KGF: Chapter 2'. He captioned the post as, "Fasten your seat belt coz the date is set." The picture received over 3 lakh likes in under 25 minutes.

Yash will be seen locking horns with Sanjay Dutt, who will play the role of Adheera. The ‘Khalnayak’ actor will make his debut in South cinema with ‘KGF 2’. Last year, the makers had unveiled the first look of Dutt on his 61^st birthday. Movie buffs are quite excited to see the face-off between Rocky and Adheera in the second installment of ‘KGF’ franchise.

The teaser of ‘KGF’, which was released on January 7, broke several records within 24 hours. It received a mindboggling response from the audience as it managed to cross 100 million views on YouTube within a day of release. The makers had to unveil the teaser a few hours before their schedule as it was leaked on social media. Despite the leak, the teaser created waves on Instagram, Twitter and other platforms.
