Priyanka Chopra Exits Farhan Akhtar's Jee Le Zaraa; Anushka Sharma Or Kiara Advani To Replace Her

The production of ‘Jee Le Zaraa’ has been repeatedly pushed back owing to the busy schedules of the actors.

New Delhi: One of the most anticipated films is ‘Jee Le Zaraa’, which stars Priyanka Chopra, Alia Bhatt, and Katrina Kaif is delaying for a long time. Even though Farhan Akhtar has already started pre-production on the film, a recent rumour suggests that PeeCee is contemplating dropping out. An image confirming the three stars' participation in the film's cast was released to announce its production a few years ago. Fans have been eager for news on the film's progress since the announcement.

Although Priyanka Chopra has been in talks with Farhan Akhtar and the rest of the cast of ‘Jee Le Zaraa’ for quite some time now, the film's production has been repeatedly pushed back owing to the busy schedules of the actors.

According to Movified Bollywood, Priyanka Chopra has reportedly stepped away from the project, while Kiara Advani is reportedly in the running for the part.

Neither the actress nor the director have commented on the rumours. Anushka Sharma has been praised by many as the ideal choice to round out the trio as the third female member.

Earlier a report in Bollywood Hungama suggested that Priyanka Chopra was unable to commit the dates to shoot in 2023 due to her Hollywood commitments and asked Farhan if they could shoot for Jee Le Zaraa in 2024.

The report said, “Priyanka Chopra was not able to commit the dates to shoot in 2023 due to her Hollywood commitments and asked Farhan if they could shoot for Jee Le Zaraa in 2024. While Farhan was fine with it, Alia Bhatt is already committed to shooting for Ramayana and Baiju Bawra in 2024. Given that the two films are going to be taxing, she couldn’t align her date for next year. When nothing fell in place, Farhan decided to delay the film until the right time."
