New Delhi: Bollywood actress Anushka Sharma started her career in the Hindi film industry with the 2008 movie ‘Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi’ opposite Shah Rukh Khan. The actress, however, gained prominence with the 2010 movie ‘Band Baaja Baaraat’ which starred newcomer Ranveer Singh opposite her. Since then, there was no stopping for the ‘Sultan’ actress as she went on to deliver brilliant performances in her movies. As soon as the couple shared the news of their pregnancy, it broke the internet. She also accompanied Virat to Dubai for IPL 2020 and soon after she returned, the ‘NH10’ actress set off to complete her work commitments before her delivery. Recently, while speaking to Times Of India, Anushka shared her working experience amid the COVID-19 pandemic. The ‘Phillauri’ actress said, “I had to be sure that the sets are going to be a safe place to shoot because I would be shooting during the pandemic. Though I was looking forward to shooting again, I was also careful that all the precautions were being taken. I’m thankful to everyone for following all the necessary steps for me to shoot. The virus is here to stay and we have to embrace the new normal and deal with coronavirus with the strictest precautions, which is what I have done.” Speaking about working after delivering the baby, Anushka was quoted saying by the publication, “I will be back to my shoots after I deliver my child, and will establish a system at home that ensures I can balance time between my child, home and professional life. I intend to keep working for as long as I live because acting truly makes me happy.” Anushka Sharma was last seen alongside Shah Rukh Khan and Katrina Kaif in Aanand L. Rai’s 2018 movie ‘Zero’.
