New Delhi: Bollywood actress Taapsee Pannu who is currently busy shooting for her upcoming film ‘Rashmi Rocket’, has really gotten into the skin of her character for the movie. Her athletic look for the sports drama is winning the internet.

The ‘Haseen Dilruba’ actress recently took to her social media and shared a still from ‘Rashmi Rocket’. She wrote while sharing the picture, “Half way through the finish mark. From running legs to shake a leg...Roll the music and ......Halo Garbo Karva #RashmiRocket”

In a recent interview with a newspaper, the actress revealed she had no alterations in her diet. On being asked she shared, “Not at all. I think nothing is better than traditional Indian food. Being a Punjabi girl my food habits are like any what people eat in any Punjabi family. I prefer Paratha with ghee but for Rashmi Rocket I had to kill hard in the gym with weight exercises.”

A few days back, the ‘Pink’ actress also shared an appreciation post for her team who helped her get into the skin of the character and transform her physically for the role. She wrote, “It was literally a war we were fighting. Everyday , every minute, against time against my physical limitations, against covid and against THE injury I contracted. These were my frontline soldiers in this war.”

‘Rashmi Rocket’ went on floors early November. Rocketing to the finish line, the shooting schedule was wrapped up. The film is being helmed by Akarsh Khurana, written by Nanda Periyasamy, Aniruddha Guha and Kanika Dhillon. ‘Rashmi Rocket’ is bankrolled by Ronnie Screwvala along with Neha Anand and Pranjal Khandhdiya. This movie will hit the screens in 2021.

Taapsee Pannu started her career in the Hindi film industry with comedy movie ‘Chashme Baddoor’ in the year 2013. However, her work gained recognition with the courtroom drama ‘Pink’ in the year 2016. The ‘Badla’ actress then went on to star in several films and have received critical acclamation for her performances in ‘Saand Ki Aankh’, ‘Thappad’ and others.

Other than ‘Rashmi Rocket’, Taapsee also has ‘Haseen Dillruba’, ‘Shabaash Mithu’ and ‘Loop Lapeta’ in her kitty.
