New Delhi: Ustad Rashid Khan is lauded for his Sufi singing style. Inayat Hussain Khan, Rashid Khan's grandma, was the one who first introduced him to Hindustani classical music, which had a profound impact on him from a young age. The singer battled prostate cancer over the last many years. His health worsened after a cerebral brain attack. The 55-year-old Rashid Khan died today in a private hospital in South Kolkata.
