New Delhi: Pratibha Ranta has been receiving alot of love and appreciation from fans for her performance in 'Heeramandi' and 'Laapataa Ladies'. The actor is celebrating her big win by thanking her fans on Instagram for their support. Interestingly, Pratibha's younger sister Abha Ranta was also seen in 'Heeramandi'. Abha portrayed the role of Manisha Koirala's younger version. Fans have been talking about the Ranta sisters on social media platforms and praising their respective performances.
Not just that, Abha also played the role of Sanjeeda Shakh's character's daughter, Shama.
Both sisters have been lauded for their performance in the Sanay Leela Bhansali directed series.

Interestingly Pratibha had shot for 'Laapataa Ladies' and 'Heeramandi' simultaneously. In an interaction with The Indian Express, Pratibha shared her experience of working in the films. Pratibha said, "It was a very magical experience. When I went to shoot for Heeramandi, I was able to experience a different world. There was a big set in Heeramandi, and the approach of both characters was so different for me. Jaya is a little reserved. She thinks a lot before taking action. But she is watching. She has four eyes because she is doing something like this. So all that I used to keep in mind when I was preparing for Jaya's character.”
“But somewhere, in both, the bottom line, it was the same emotion to get that freedom that I have to do what I have to do,” Pratibha added.
