The couple has kept their wedding affair quite private. In pictures, which have been doing the rounds on social media, we see an ivory coloured wedding reception invite.
The wedding reception invite reads, “Alka and Sunil Chadha, parents of Raghav Chadha invite you for the Reception lunch of their son ‘Raghav and Parineeti, daughter of Reena & Pawan Chopra on 30th September 2023 at Taj Chandigarh”.
Aam Aadmi Party MP Raghav Chadha and Bollywood actor Parineeti Chopra will have a royal, big Punjabi wedding on Sep 23 and Sept 24 at the Leela Palace and The Oberoi Udaivilas, as per reports.
200 guests are supposed to be attending the wedding and more than 50 VVIp guests are also part of the functions. The guest list will naturally include AAP chief and Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and his Punjab counterpart Bhagwant Mann.
Parineeti Chopra's first cousin and actor Priyanka Chopra and her husband Nick Jonas and their daughter Malti will also be present at the occasion.
As per several media reports, the couple will host two receptions: one in Gurugram and the other in Chandigarh.
The pre-wedding functions will allegedly take place on Sep 23, a source close to the development told India.com.
Earlier this year, Parineeti Chopra and Raghav Chadha had a grand engagement party in Delhi. The lavish ceremony was organised at Kapurthala House, Connaught Place, Delhi.
Some political guests from Raghav Chadha's side and celebrities from the entertainment industry also joined the celebration. Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, his Punjab counterpart, Bhagwant Mann, designer Manish Malhotra, Karan Johar, and Sania Mirza were all seen at the grand engagement.
