Elvish Yadav Refutes Allegations Of Arrest; Releases Video Statement On Social Media
Elvish Yadav has defended himself in the light of current allegations. The 'Bigg Boss OTT 2' winner released a video clearly stating that the news that is being spread about his arrest is 'fake'.
New Delhi: Elvish Yadav has defended himself in the light of current allegations. The 'Bigg Boss OTT 2' winner released a video statement clearly stating that the news that is being spread about his arrest is 'fake'. He also appealed to the UP Police and the Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath that he is ready to cooperate with the authorities.
In the video message, Elvish Yadav also added that if even there is '0.01%' association with the charges pressed, he is ready to face consequences and take responsibilty.

Meanwhile, Elvish also took to his official Twitter handle and shared a picture of himself holding a snake. The picture has been doing the rounds on social media in the light of current allegations of snake smuggling at a Noida rave party.

Elvish has been accused of smuggling snake venom in a rave party in Noida.
The case has been registered against the YouTuber on these allegations. According to the FIR, 20 ml of Snake venom, 9 poisonous snakes were found from them ( 5 cobra, 1 python, 1 two-headed snake, 1 Rat Snake) were smuggled. FIR against Elvish's five assoicated Rahul, Titunath, Jayakaran, Narayan, Ravinath are in custody. YouTuber Elvish Yadav has not been arrested.
The FIR has been registered under wildlife sections 9,39,49,50, 51 and IPC section 120B. According to FIR copy it is alleged that they use snakes and Snake venom during Rave parties. The complaint was filed by Gaurav Gupta, Animal Welfare Office in PFA organization, as per the FIR copy. The organization is allegedly run by BJP MP Maneka Gandhi.
