Kajol is known for enthusiastically celebrating Durga Puja each year with her family and friends. Recently, she was spotted enjoying the festivities at a Durga Puja pandal, along with her cousin, Rani Mukerji. A candid moment between the two was captured in a video shared by Lehren on Instagram.

In the clip, Rani and Kajol are seen praying in front of the Durga idol, while Kajol’s attention drifts elsewhere. At that moment, Kajol playfully smacks her cousin. The duo is later seen engaged in a conversation amid the celebrations, with Rani seemingly reminding Kajol of something, leading to a surprised reaction from Kajol. Rani then assists her cousin by removing something stuck on her forehead.

The Mukerji Family's Durga Puja

Every year, the Mukerji family organizes a Durga Puja pandal in Mumbai. Kajol’s mother, Tanuja, and her younger sister, Tanisha Mukerji, are also regular attendees during the festivities. Their younger cousin, Ayan Mukerji, is frequently present at the annual Navratri celebrations as well. Celebrities such as Sumona Chakravarti, Ishita Dutta, Vatsal Seth, and Sharvari were also seen visiting the Durga Puja pandal.
