Opposition ‘Ghamandia’ Alliance Wants To Destroy Sanatan Dharma: PM Modi In MP

Prime Minister Narendra Modi laid the foundation stone of projects worth more than Rs. 50,700 crore in poll-bound Madhya Pradesh.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who is on a visit to poll-bound Madhya Pradesh, laid the foundation stone of projects worth more than Rs. 50,700 crore on Thursday, including the ‘Petrochemical Complex' at Bina Refinery and ten new industrial projects across the state. Speaking during the event PM Modi launched a scathing attack on the newly formed Opposition alliance I.N.D.I.A. Calling the alliance 'Ghamandia', PM Modi said that the bloc does not have a leader and it has a hidden agenda to attack India's culture. He further said that the bloc has come with a resolution to end 'Sanatan' culture.

"This INDI alliance doesn't have a leader...they have also decided on a hidden agenda to attack India's culture. The INDI alliance has come with a resolution to end Sanatan culture," PM Modi said.

"The people of this INDIA alliance want to erase that 'Sanatana Dharma' which gave inspiration to Swami Vivekananda and Lokmanya Tilak...This INDIA alliance wants to destroy 'Sanatana Dharma'. Today they have openly started targeting Sanatana, tomorrow they will increase the attacks on us. All 'Sanatanis' across the country and the people who love our country will have to be alert. We will have to stop such people," PM Modi said.

PM Modi took a swipe at previous Congress government and said that Congress kept the Madhya Pradesh deprived of facilities like road, electricity and water. "People of older generations must be remembering how the Congress kept the Madhya Pradesh deprived of facilities like road, electricity and water. Under the BJP government, roads are reaching each village of the state and electricity in every house," PM Modi said.

Speaking about G20 Summit held in the national capital PM Modi said, "The credit for the success of the G20 summit goes to 140 crore Indians. This is evidence of the collective power of our country. The G20 delegates were impressed with the diversity and heritage of our country."

PM Modi To Visit Chhattisgarh Today

After concluding the event in Madhya Pradesh, the PM will reach Chhattisgarh's Raigarh to launch rail sector projects. During the program, the Prime Minister will also lay the foundation stone of "critical care blocks" in nine districts of Chattisgarh and also distribute 1 lakh sickle cell counselling cards.

The projects include Chhattisgarh East Rail Project Phase-I, the 3rd rail line between Champa and Jamga, the 3rd rail line between Pendra Road and Anuppur, and the MGR (Merry-Go-Round) system connecting Talaipalli Coal Mine to NTPC Lara Super Thermal Power Station (STPS).

Notably, this rail project will provide impetus to socioeconomic development by facilitating the movement of passengers as well as freight traffic in the region. Chhattisgarh East Rail Project Phase-I is being developed under the ambitious PM GatiShakti National Master Plan for multi-modal connectivity and consists of a 124.8 km rail line from Kharsia to Dharamjaygarh, including a spur line to Gare-Pelma and three feeder lines connecting Chhal, Baroud, Durgapur, and other coal mines.
