Mizoram Election Result 2023 Live Streaming: Counting of results are scheduled for Sunday, December 3, when the fate of the 174 candidates will be decided.

Votes for Mizoram assembly polls, which saw a three-cornered fight between the Congress, ruling Mizo National Front and Zoram People's Movement, will be counted on December 3. The election were held in a single phase on November 7, where more than 80 per cent of over 8.57 lakh voters cast their votes.

Most of the exit polls have predicted a hung Assembly in Mizoram. As per ABP-CVoter exit poll, Chief Minister Zoramthanga-led Mizo National Front (MNF) may fall short of a majority but still emerge as the single largest party. The MNF is likely to get anywhere between 15 to 21 seats while newly formed ZPM may bag 12 to 18 seats.

The Congress is projected to get 2 to 8 seats and play the role of kingmaker while the BJP is likely to win 0 to 5 seats.

As per the Times Now-ETG Exit Poll, MNF might win 15 to 19 seats in the 40-member Assembly, while the ZPM is likely to win 12 to 16 seats. Congress may secure seven to nine seats. 

The India TV-CNX exit poll predicted 14 to 18 seats for MNF and 12 to 16 seats for ZPM. 

Besides Mizoram, the counting of votes for four other states – Telangana, Chhattisgarh, Rajasthan, and Madhya Pradesh – is scheduled on December 3.
