LS polls: BJP candidate Bhola Singh barges into polling booth wearing band with party symbol in Bulandshahr

New Delhi: In a shocking incident, Bharatiya Janta Party candidate and Member of parliament Bhola Singh on Thursday marched into Sharma Inter-College in Bulandshahr, Uttar Pradesh; where voting for the second phase of Lok Sabha elections was taking place.
As per reports, Bhola Singh was stopped by the on-duty military jawans, but the MP misused his power and dialed the number of District Magistrate Abhay Singh and barged into voting area.
The reports also suggest that Bhola Singh was wearing a band with a lotus on it, which an election symbol of BJP.
The same is violation of model code of conduct.
Bhola Singh is a sitting MP from Bulandshahr and is a key candidate for Bharataiya Janta Party.
Speaking on the same, District officer Abhay Si8ngh said "After the matter came to light, a notice has now been issued to BJP candidate and he will be kept under house arrest.
