Jagan Reddy Dismisses Oppn's Claim Linking YSRCP To Vizag Port Drugs Haul, Alleges BJP Connection
Stating that the Opposition falsely accused YSRCP, he alleged that the company belongs to the father-in-law of the state BJP President, Purandeshwari's sons.
Amid speculations by Opposition parties in Andhra Pradesh that YSCRP was linked to Visakhapatnam drug haul, Andhra Pradesh CM and YSRCP chief YS Jagan Mohan Reddy rubbished them on Wednesday. Stating that the Opposition falsely accused YSRCP, he alleged that the company belongs to the father-in-law of the state BJP President, Purandeshwari's sons.
On the first day of kickstarting the campaign for both the Assembly and Lok Sabha Elections, Andhra Pradesh CM YS Jagan Mohan Reddy said, "Recently, the CBI caught a drug container in Visakhapatnam, which arrived from Brazil. All opposition parties are falsely accusing the YSRCP. However, the company belongs to the father-in-law of the state BJP President, Purandeshwari's sons. They were previously associated with the company."
He claimed that in the event of any crime, they unjustly pointed fingers at the YSRCP and even betrayed NTR.
