ABP News-CVoter Opinion Poll: BJP Likely To Sweep All Lok Sabha Seats In Himachal Pradesh, Says Survey
The BJP is projected to sweep all the four Lok Sabha seats in Himachal Pradesh in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections.
The BJP-led National Democratic Alliance seems to be in a comfortable position in the hill state of Himachal Pradesh for the Lok Sabha elections 2024. While recently, Congress barely managed to retain its power in the state government following cross-voting by party MLAs in the Rajya Sabha elections, the mood of the voters seems to be siding with the NDA for the Lok Sabha elections.
As per an opinion poll by ABP News and CVoter, NDA is projected to win all the four Lok Sabha seats in the state— Kangra, Mandi, Hamirpur, and Shimla.
A glance at the vote share projections predict a whopping 65 per cent vote share for NDA while the UPA alliance might be limited to a 32 per cent vote share.
Even in the NDA, all the four seats are projected to be clinched by the Bharatiya Janata Party while Congress or any ally of the UPA might not be able to open its account in the state.
Following the upheavel in the state last month, the Congress constituted a six-member committee to ensure better coordination between its Himachal Pradesh government and the hill state unit but the voters of the state seem more inclined towards NDA as per the opinion poll.
