Kolhapur: In the 2014 Lok Sabha polls, Dhananjay Bhimrao Mahadik from Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) won the elections by a margin of 33259 votes. The polling / voting in Kolhapur constituency in the 2019 General elections took place in Phase 3 on 23 April. The major contest is between Shiv Sena#s Sanjay Mandlik and Nationalist Congress Party#s Dhananjay Mahadik

- 1999 Lok Sabha Elections: In 13th Lok Sabha poll, Nationalist Congress Party candidate defated Indian National Congress candidate in one-sided contest. Here, NCP candidate Mandlik Sadashivrao Dadoba attained 346459 votes and INC's Udaysingrao Gaikwad bagged 237549 votes.
- 1998 Lok Sabha Elections: In 12th Lok Sabha election, Indian National Congress candidate had defeated Shiv Sena candidate by a margin of 61598 votes INC candidate Mandlik Sadashiv Rao Dadoba had got 367951 while SHS got Ghatge Vikramsinh Jaisingrao votes.
