Rituraj Jha is contesting on Aam Aadmi Party ticket, Anil Jha is contesting on Bharatiya Janata Party ticket and Riyazuddin Khan - RJD is Congress Party candidate. Voting in Kirari Assembly was held on 8 February in which 63.2% voters exercised their vote.  2013 Assembly Elections: In 6th Assembly election, BJP candidate defeated AAP candidate with a difference of 48526 votes. Here, BJP leader Anil Jha attained 72283 votes and AAP candidate Rajan Prakash bagged 23757 votes
