The polling in Kalkaji constituency in the 2020 assembly elections took place on 8th February. Here, Atishi is contesting on Aam Aadmi Party ticket, Dharamveer Singh is contesting on Bharatiya Janata Party ticket, Mrs Shivani Chopra is contesting on Congress Party ticket. Voting in Kalkaji Assembly was held on 8 February in which 57.44% voters exercised their vote.   • 2008 Assembly Elections:In 5th Assembly election, INC candidate defeated BJP candidate with a difference of 13389 votes. Here, INC leader Subhash Chopra attained 38360 votes and BJP candidate Jai Gopal Abrol bagged 24971 votes
